BIG TIME MISTAKE. They are all nuts! Just rescind and re-write. IDK why Pres. Trump is perpetuating with this nonsense and setting the Executive up to be knee-capped by precedent that the 8 member SCOTUS will surely hand down.
Less than a month after being sworn in Trump is stumbling daily and NO, it’s not just the media narrative. It’s his inability to respond to this assault correctly. Guess he likes being cannon fodder for the lefties.

The reason Trump is obeying these lunatic judges is because, unlike Obama, if he defies a judge he will be impeached.
They are just waiting for any opportunity to present itself, and it will start.

Perhaps he's hoping to get Gorsuch on the bench in time for this to go to SCOTUS should the en banc review go badly. It was a justice on the 9th who requested a review. It seems to me that was a signal the rest of the 9th wouldn't agree with the opinion of the three clowns.
