I obey the law. No I have not. but let me assure you , I am well aware of the law on these things and they are illegal as hell!! They violate the CONTITUTION!! and fair debt collection practices act both Federal and in every state. They are liable for millions in punitive damages. They cant prove who is DRIVING THE CAR!!!
I got a $50 ticket in the mail one time with the picture of my license plate when I went through the red light. To be honest I knew I was going the red light.
I have had at least 7 of them. I have not paid a single one. I have never responded to one. I have beat everyone of them. They are all civil complaints since they do not meet the standards for a criminal prosecution.
