Why a 5-year investigation? Couldn’t these people have been arrested 6 months ago?
No, I guess not. I think something happened a few weeks ago that changed the entire direction of the investigation.
Why? Their dealing with vicious violent people. Some crimes have no statute of limitations, like murder for example. And investigations such as these can go on many years.
