Seriously, had the normal spillway been intact, this problem may not have happened because they'd have controlled the river level with it properly without the failure and subsequent erosion that occurred halfway down the hill.

I would have thought Obama’s Stimulus would have taken care of the repairs.
Looks like a shovel ready job to me.
I sure hope the Teacher’s Unions used the Stimulus money wisely.
