Regardless of this issue, which the state probably doesn’t care about since it doesn’t affect the mexican population of LA (who went 80% to Hitlery).
Why was this dam not maintained? The people of this area have a right to go after the state. While they spent money supporting people from other countries these good, hard working Californians were left on their own
