Like I said, it is long overdue.
And look at the US 1st, 2nd and 3rd Courts. ALL of them alone could fit in Montana, just one state in the 9th.
The boundaries and numbers of these courts are not set in the Constitution, just that we have them. Constitutionally, it is up to Congress to name and create them as needed. Constitutionally, the President gets to appoint judges to fill newly created benches, with the blessing of the Senate.
NOW is the time to get this done.
Give McCain what he wants to make it happen.

They have been granted supremacy by cowardly Congress. That's the only reason they are now considered the last word.
This president will upturn lots and lots of norms. That's one that must be buried, given the advocacy of the courts.
Some presidential powers have similarly grown out of proportion. We want 3 equal branches...each of which can thwart another.....kinda like rock, scissors, paper.

Me, too. But have to be truthful. Living out in the country in South Carolina, the only store from that list I have access to is Target and I don't shop there.
Yes, there are downsides to living out in the country, but someone has to do it :)
