I know I”m going to get flamed but I wonder about Pence. He’s been establishment his whole political life. Yes he had moments where he stood for conservatism but it leaves doubt. Not a major criticism, but remember when he gave his half-hearted endorsement of Cruz? He felt he had to.
And why is he with McCain? I think it’s to talk nice and try to get him to back off but I can’t see Pence really going after any establishment types.
Look at Pences history when he was in congress One certainly would never accuse him of being on the estaishment team. He repeatedly took them on.
As I recall, VP Pence is former Marine,, so I have NO doubt he can and will bring out his inner Gunny should McLame get out of line!!
Morning Kenny, believe that this points out POTUS’s desire to bring the party and all Americans together.
VP was probably under a lot of pressure to weakly endorse Cruz by the party elite. POTUS felt strongly that VP would be loyal to him and has given him more authority than any previous VP in my opinion.......
