Let me know if you happen to think of something. Our cats have learned they can push through the screens when the windows are open. We look like white trash with duct tape hanging off them.

I have someone coming in April to tear down our 30 year old deck. He is building us another deck and closing in one half. The closed in area started out as a Catporch. Then we(artsy builder) decided to use clear tin for a roof. He said he wanted to try something new. He wants to make our roof a dome shape. Then there would be no need for gutters. Then we added a different type wood for the inside floor. A type of wood he suggested that could later have tile on it. Then we decide to not have the door leading outside into the yard but instead on the deck.

The screens have been replaced with now Hog Wire and possiblely doubled to make it smaller openings to keep small animals out while keeping our cats in. I wanted wide window sills for the cats. He suggested window boxes under every window for the cats to stand on and look out. He said they would have storage areas inside. ****

So Hog Wire will be our screens.
