Yes, this is in northern CA about 80 miles north of Sacramento. We are in central CA at the south end of the Sequoia National forest....

If the emergency spillway goes it may release 30’ of the entire lakes water.........

The snow melt is the heaviest in the afternoon which appears to be causing this.
