Has Adm. Harwood been the Chief Executive of Lockheed Martin United Arab Emirates since 2014?. If he is still the CEO here, perhaps the 5 year no-lobbying requirement was too much for him. I don’t understand announcing someone who then backs out. Incomplete vetting perhaps?
