Go outside and look at the window. Can you see into your room? If you cannot the birds are seeing a mirror and see not a house but the reflection of the outdoors. Stings and even your decals are just mirrored in the window.
Only way to keep it from appearing like a mirror is make the light watts inside higher than out side. Two possible solutions. Decrease light outside with awning -shrubs tree. Or increase the light inside with a big spot light that shines on the window.

I went out and looked in. It is dark inside from the outside but very light when one is inside. So I put this lamp infront of the window that was last hit.
