Other than having a magic wand to get rid of these issues(PEOPLE ACTUALLY), And calling like crazy, we often feel helpless. So here are a few ideas.
1) Try some yoga, tai chi or other relaxation stretching Reduce stress thru stretching)
2) some sort or workout. Hike, run, vigorous play with dogs etc MOVE THOSE BONES AND JOINTS
3) Pray, read scripture, ask God to give you peace and guidance Scripture that might help
4) Meditate (read up on ways to do it effectively) LIKE HERE
5) Get a professional massage if in budget
Not as good - but helpful.. SELF MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
6) Face to face with some like minded folk for lunch, wine, chat. Discuss the issues . Discuss these and other possible solutions. Try to be a support group (just like we are here) but the tangible is SOOO much sweeter. (wish we all lived within half mile of each other)
7) Chamomile tea.
8) Research on line for DIETARY stress reducers. Find out the foods which helps your body produce mood-regulating neurotransmitters, including serotonin and dopamine. HERE IS ONE LINK - 6 foods proven to reduce stress

9) Sunshine (I know, I know)

11) GET OUT AND DO SOMETHING HELPFUL, GIVE OF YOURSELF - PHYSICALLY OR FINANCIAL FOR SOMEONE ELSE (vets, homeless, pet shelters .. lots of choices)
