Good morning Ray. Current weather update from Northern NV. (we're actually only 5 miles from CA and at the base of the Sierras)

I've been awake since 3 A.M. due to the strong winds. This is the beginning of the current storm. Rain will come later this morning. Hoping all the dams hold but i'm not confident in Cali's quick fixes.
