The Stupid N.E.A. would never consider the reason their Teachers are overly stressed and without funding needed in the classrooms is because the School System is flooded with Spawn of Criminal invaders that don’t pay taxes, don’t speak english.
And the tax payers are expected to pay to feed them 3 squares a day...Including during the Summer.
