I ain’t buying it. Both have the charisma and personality of a garage door. Neither is an effective speaker. I just saw Kennedy on TV last night and was extremely unimpressed. Chelesa has even less charisma and personality than Kennedy and the Clintons hold absolutely no cards. They have shot their wad. This is their attempt to retain a semblance of what they once were. The Kennedy’s likewise have no power left since Teddy passed. They are still trading on JFK which does seem to still hold some sway for now. In a race between the two it’s Kennedy but I think someone else will get the Dem nomination.

The fact that the two are tree stumps isn’t relevant. If Gilibrand gets an early edge at the 2020 presidential nomination, NY will need a senate candidate. It’s not farfetched at all. Early talk like this is no doubt intended to warn other potential candidates to stay away.
