I have read that the issue you cited had already been addressed and excluded.
There is no valid law that gives them the authority to issue an injunction on this EO.

There is no true legal expert even on Fake News (including Alan Dershowitz) who says the EO is illegal or unconstitutional. Ninth Circuit has a 90% overturn rate—ninety percent! They have a bad reputation for a reason.
This was purely a political stunt. Notice how the Ninth did not actually rule on the Constitutionality of the EO itself. All they did was uphold the temporary restraining order of the @sshole judge in Washington state. They KNOW the EO is Constituional.
President Trump needs to have DOJ rewrite the EO so it’s a little bit narrower (Dershowitz advice)—that’s the quickest solution. Or, GOP needs to go nuclear in the Senate from now on, fast-walk the SCOTUS justice nominee.
