Yes he can. I was surprised when he decided to comply with the lunatic Oregon judge’s ruling. There are rulings from other courts that conflict with the 9th circuit. I just wish he hadn’t acted like he had to follow it, if he decides not to, the libs will act like he is burning the constitution when in fact it’s the courts that are.

I wondered why he followed the ruling too. He was clearly within the law and and his rights as president. What’s next, states sue the government for following immigration law?

I think Trump can make the public understand why he does things the way he does. It might be the people he surrounds himself with or a gift he has but he gets to the heart of the matter and then he tells like it is.

He has chosen to shine a spotlight on the judiciary. It has let Americans down and they exercise far too much control over our freedoms and our future. Too many Americans are ignorant of this and Trump means to teach them.

I don’t believe this nation will survive Islam without major changes returning the original idea of what it means to be an American. We can’t get to that point without a judiciary whose purpose is limited and it’s power checked.

So was I. I agree he gave that Judge’s ruling legitimacy when he did it. He got some very bad advice from someone in his circle I suspect that was against the EO in the first place. He’s got to learn to trust no one. He needs to simple decree no immigration whatsoever from anywhere for a certain amount of time and then the “Muslim ban” narrative is gone. Then they can hammer him for banning everyone. So what let them wale.

He gave ‘em enough rope to hand themselves. He clearly has the high road of the Constitution and the law behind him.

Don’t think I’ve even heard the Left state he’s breaking the law (yet?). Bet they know they don’t have a leg to stand on...

IMO, that’ll give him the opening he needs to split the 9th a/o remove some activism from the Courts.
