Ultimately what you say is true, but it’d create a Constitutional crisis between the branches and likely be viewed negatively.
The MSM would be all over it and it’s unnecessary.

Didn’t Clinton fire about a hundred federal judges when he was elected? I could be wrong about that, but if Clinton did, Trump should do the same now.
