This has been the RINO mantra on Twitter by Shapiro, Guy Benson, and others, that Trump “rushed” this.
Well, no. The fact is, once word starts leaking the other side mobilizes the entire bureaucracy and even RINO legislators and then it doesn’t happen at all. I’m convinced if he had waited for Sessions, it never even would have been issued.

The problem is you can’t blink / take the bait and end up in a pickle without a real plan (that I can see, they could be 3 steps ahead of everyone else). Slow walk it is option 1, other is run it right up for emergency vote at USSC and when they strip him of his plenary powers, there will be heavy blow back on the democrats and liberal justices later when there is an attack.
