My question is if the law is really that clear cut and the EO,is lawful how can Judges of any court just blow it off? Stupid question I know, But lawless judges????? How can the Republic survive?

I’ll state the obvious: If the ruling stands, the Republic ceases to exist. The U.S.A is a flat-out, explicit oligarchy.
