I am confused. Does this mean any president must now be given permission by the judiciary to make determinations about immigration.

Also does this mean that there are now no controls on who from those countries can get in? Is there still the same vetting as before?

Why can’t the DOJ just make a new EO that is more airtight?

Please anyone help me out here.

Trump should play their own game. Since Robarts has asserted blanket jurisdiction over immigration issues, petition him for each and every visa application, send him the full immigration file and ask him to make a determination on each one.

After tens of thousands of individual files, perhaps the judges will get a clue.
