Evidently. And if they’re liberal judges, they’ll say it’s unfair and bigoted of us to defend ourselves, and we shouldn’t even think of doing it.
The law is what they say it is when they say it. They found that Washington State had standing, yet Arizona could never get standing when it challenged Obama’s immigration policies. Congress could save this by removing jurisdiction under Article Three, but would probably never do so.
