These are not real judges. These are partisan hacks who hold judicial power that they wield to wage a coup against our elected officials who passed laws we want. Real judges don’t assume powers they do not have under the Constitution.
Not real Judges in our viewpoint; the left thinks our Conservative Judges are not real either.
But, whether we like it or not, disagree how they legislate, they are legal Judges.
If situation was reversed and Obama had an EO and it was being decided by Conservative district of Judges, would we be ok with Obama making snarky comments about those Judges? No we wouldn’t.
