I didn't find anything that proved he's an alien (legal or otherwise) but did find a 2006 report from the Montgomery County Maryland Police agencies that stated:

Detectives from the Montgomery County Police 4th District have located Tedros Ishetu, age 22. He was found unharmed in Fairfax County.

Ishetu was reported missing on July 16. He had not been seen or heard from since July 12. Ishetu was being treated for Bi-polar Disorder.

Montgomery County Police and the family of Mr. Ishetu would like to thank the media for their assistance in publicizing this missing person case.

Bi-polar Disorder. There’s his get out of jail free card. They’ll place him in treatment for a few weeks until he promises to take his meds and be out on the street in no time. His next victim might not be so lucky. Thanks goes to the ex-Terrorist in Chief and the feds for being lax in vetting.
