If they do as you suggest I would again be a sports nut. The way it is now I watch only hockey & tennis and hockey is starting to swing left. The sport of tennis which you would think of as the most left leaning is still smart enough to keep the politics & gender crap out. And as a tennis player I love it.
We have too many brain addled “sports nuts,” and too few people interested in saving the place where they live (or even taking the trouble to understand how it came to be). Al Bundy is alive and well, and not just in Wanker County IL.
Sports nuts are all wankers as far as I’m concerned. You can enjoy sports, and not let them consume you. I mean is life so “uncomplicated” that you can “revere and patronize” a$$holes who beat their wives and girlfriends? I guess maybe some have come to their senses if ESPN’s dwindling numbers are any indication.
