Excellent glimpse into the new character of the new GOP.

Already I can feel the Party of Bush-McCain-Romney being relegated to irrelevance.

Yes—except what are we doing nationalizing the costs of grade school education?

A good look into the Trump White House Team.

Also a good look into the Republican party of the past 50+ years.

I figured out a few years ago, between the end of the Bush administration and the beginning of Obama's, that something was seriously wrong with the Republican party and the "Conservative" movement in general.

We had an entire 8 years of a Republican president, some of it with a Republican Congress, and when it was all over, the Democrats were stronger than ever before!

I thought about it even more, and realized that the Left had taken control literally every institution in Western Civilization, including a lot of churches.

I watched the news, read Free Republic and other sites, and noticed that Republicans NEVER fight back, even when Democrats give them a hanging curveball. The Republicans whiff every time, or fail to even swing.

After watching this sad display of weakness and cowardice for my entire adult life, it got to be embarrassing and cringe-worthy to even watch these Republicans on TV or even read about politics.

Finally, I realized that NOTHING "Conservative" had taken place in American politics in my entire lifetime, and even before that.

This article, and many others, is a sad indictment into the pathetically weak "Conservative" movement and mindset and at LEAST a half Century of embarrassing failure of the Republican party.

You Freepers out there still call yourself "Conservative?"

I don't. I'm right-wing, but not "Conservative."
