Absurd on its face as they (the Federal courts) have repeatedly insisted that immigration is the sole responsibility of the Federal government...meaning laws passed by the Congress and implemented by the Executive.

In this case the State of Washington sues the Federal Government about Immigration Policy and the Liberals on the Court all of a sudden are concerned with States Rights.
