This judicial thing is a powder keg.

If the federal judiciary rules in obvious conflict with the laws and resent precedent, it is a full blown constitutional crises. It will mean the federal judiciary is no longer valid. That may be the last straw that breaks the back of peaceful transfer of power.

Robart should be impeached pronto. The 9th needs some attention in that regard as well. They got some splainin to do if they want to keep their jobs.
