I can't help but admire his/its ability to work the system. Definitely preferable to having to worry about dropping the soap in the shower...
The dude gamed the system. Take a few hormones grow tits but do not cut off essential parts. Go to prison with females that you like and have sex.
The really odd thing about this is how the prison system handled this.
Women in prison have sex with women. Men in prison have sex with men. This does not mean they are homosexual but are in a unique environment. All people crave and when denied normality they turn to unnormal acts.
The judiciary defined him as a woman and put him in a women’s prison. When this “such defined woman” had sex with another women he was subjected to different rules because the prison system knew damn well he was a man.
We live in strange times.
Oddly enough a coed prison system would be better under draconian rules of behavior and punishment. One would get the advantages of a somewhat sane life and if one violated the rules he or she goes back to a male or female system. There would be a lot of motivation to behave and reform oneself.
Our present prison system is insane. It is a training ground for criminals. A woman’s touch is much desired. Men will behave for this touch. The same can be said of women. They also desire the same.
The fear of being denied this access to the other sex is a very powerful motivator to behave and perhaps reform.
Then there is the Singapore solution. If you sell drugs you die very promptly after trial. If you kill, you die very promptly after trial. If you use drugs you go to jail for a short time and it is horrific and probably involves canning which is brutal. If you are a common criminal you also go to jail and may be canned. You do not stay a long time but it is horrific. It works. You will do everything you can to not repeat the experience. It is really that simple.
The prison system and judicial system in the UK and the United States does not benefit society. It is bizarre. Really bad guys or really bad women need to die. Other criminals need harsh and short punishment but with the hope of a good life. Neither the UK nor the USA offer this in the judicial and criminal systems.

I am a hardcore conservative libertarian who believes in constitutional law as written. Government must protect society from bad people. Government “must not” make our judicial prison system a criminal training ground and turn those criminals into persons of no hope.
Those that can not be reformed must then be isolated from society until they die. Those with a bit of humanity in them have the chance to return to normal society and those that do not shall be removed or if convicted of murder and other heinous crimes executed. Those that harm children must be removed or incarcerated until they die. They by definition are beyond redemption.
