I’m with you. To be frank, what I left out of my post for the sake of brevity was this: If the 9th agrees with the rogue judge, we’ll at least know just how desperate the left has become. When they are willing to abandon all credibility that remains to get a scorched earth win, well, all those threads about another american civil war just gained more credibility by an order of magnitude.

i.e. the decision of the 9th will telegraph just how far around the bend we’ve gone.
