Just a random thought. If President Trump is able to kill the Obamacare mandate, does that nullify Justice Robert’s decision that it stands as a tax?

Have no intelligent answer to your question. The administration has said that Obamacare repeal and replace involves a lot of layers and tax is a big part of it. Whatever that means.

And now that so many business men and stock market players want taxes cut as soon as possible and not tackle Obamacare first. It really leaves one to wonder how much is the tax involvement in Obamacare getting in the way? We were hearing Obamacare was going to be done before tax cuts.
