That’s probably why the New York Dairy Queen didn’t have biscuits and gravy. Big here in southern Indiana and most probably in the south. Farm food.
We are in Western South Dakota. The truck stop down the road has them. Some restaurants in Rapid City have them. I work in Rapid City, but come the weekend, it better be a dying emergency to get me into town! I live in the woods, love it!
My doctor was from PA and couldn’t believe how many people here has biscuit and gravy for breakfast. I told him I never did. I always have my gravy on top of fried potatoes ;-)
