If there is any chance they had the information of the SEAL raid, they need to be tried.... An interesting thought...but would the people on these committees have advance notice of SEAL team 6? I've always suspected the SEALs were sacrificed...to appease the Al Queda demons for us taking out OBL. I wouldn't put it past Obama.
