I doubt it is for long. The law and constitution are still clearly on the side of the President. The United States is under NO obligation to take in a single one of the world’s 65 million refugees.

I have seen the news media repeatedly characterizing the handling of the EO as “clumsy”, as “carelessly executed” and other nonsense. The only reason this EO was poorly carried out in the eyes of the media is that a Republican set it in place. The left and media never got upset when Democrats did *exactly* the same thing. The hypocrisy of the left is breathtaking.

So... will the judge who ordered the EO not to be enforced be held personally liable for the damages caused by the next terrorist attack on American soil?
