This is a separation of powers issue.
If President Trump doesn’t make it clear soon that he isn’t bound by democrats `judge shopping’ every time they disagree with him on an issue, and they will repeatedly, all they will have to do is find a judge each time to issue an order contravening his order.

Enforcement of immigration law is within the jurisdiction of the executive branch.
I think Trump is just waiting for Sessions to take office.

In the Cherokee Indians case, Worcester v. Georgia (1832), Justice John Marshall infuriated Jackson by insisting that Georgia laws that purported to seize Cherokee lands on which gold had been found violated federal treaties.
Jackson is famous for having responded: “John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it.” Although the comment is probably apocryphal, both Georgia and Jackson simply ignored the decision.
If it comes to it, let the judges be embarrassed.

Exactly. Trump needs to shut it down. Turn out the lights at the State Deartment if necessary. We can’t let the court dictate the conditions under which visas are issued . I never thought we would get a banana republic from the judiciary but here we go.
