So that's why we have homosexual "marriages", homosexuals serving in the military, women in combat arms, Common Core, hate crimes laws, wind and solar farms sprouting up everywhere, the highest corporate tax rate in the industrialized world, the Waters of the USA Act, crumbling infrastructure after the trillion dollar porkulus plan, the expansion of Medicare, the smallest military since before WW2, the Iranian nuke deal, our sailors kneeling and crying on Iranian video for the world to see, the rise of ISIS, the continued existence of Al Qaeda and the Taliban, etc etc etc? Republicans have been winning elections, but what good has that done us? Again, I refer to the above list, and the myriad other losses, large and small, we on the Right have suffered and continue to suffer.

My theory is we should do what democrats do - appoint people to the Supreme Court and every other court in the land - WHO WILL LEGISLATE OUR POSITIONS FROM THE BENCH.
