algore came within about 500 votes (in one big state) of the White House.ILLary couldn't even come within 45,000 votes of the WH in two big states and one medium sized state.

Yeah if *anyone* had justification for running and getting the nomination again, it was Gore and certainly not Hillary, considering the fact it was so excruciatingly close in just ONE state and ended in a very controversial way...whereas Hillary lost decisively. Sure she won the popular vote as we keep hearing (thanks CA!) but she lost in 3 reliably democratic states by recount-proof margins. Her popular vote margin came *150%* from CA, so winning it via a hugely liberal, highly populated state means squat.
