Can they arrange the vote for De Vos before Sessions is made AG and has to leave the Senate?? What are the rules?
I believe Sessions would have to resign before he’s sworn in. Not after he’s confirmed.
They could. It is a matter of scheduling and the delays. Don’t know what they plan to do.
