To be completely fair, upon further research I think that is a photoshop job.

Sorry expensive or not but dressing like you sewed your drapes or seat covers into an ‘outfit’ never was ‘fashionable’.
Also with the ‘backwards hat’, been questioned why a man of his age would sport it that way — Maybe he is practicing for jail — After all that is the way the ‘trend’ started, cons with their hats backwards so they could talk ‘around’ the bars of their cells.
On the great show ‘The Corner’, one of the druggies has his hat with brim to the side and a Cop was asking him where one could buy a hat with the brim on the side like that - had the punk talking to himself - while the Cops partner was ‘planting’ a listening/tracking device under the dudes car.
Hard to tell whether it is to attract attention away from or towards the protuberance ‘she’ had predominately jutting out in ‘that’ area in another picture.
