Very disappointing. If he does pick Gorsuch, he will have broken his promise to appoint a pro-life Justice.

I googled Gorsuch 8 days ago when his name came up and found good things about him e.g “Scalia-esque” and “textualist” but also very pro-life. This is what I wrote here at FR:

Without research myself, I’m hearing that Gorsuch is weak on the Second Amendment as well as the Right to Life. Judges don’t get more conservative once they’re on the Court.
I didn't expect him to pick Janice Rogers-Brown, but he could have easily chosen Diane Sykes or Edith Clement and satisfied libertarian-minded conservatives and the right.
