I don’t understand all the furor over this. Would she have stayed on in some capacity after sen sessions is confirmed? Or, was she already on her way out?

That would have depended upon Sessions.
I feel that many of the higher positions will vacate themselves trying to avoid possible prosecution for their crimes. How this plays out will be very very interesting.

I don’t understand all the furor over this. Would she have stayed on in some capacity after sen sessions is confirmed? Or, was she already on her way out? She knew she was gone as soon as AG Sessions took office.
Her choices were:
- Do nothing, stay on, and be fired in due course when AG Sessions takes office.
- Take the opportunity of Trump's EO on immigration to make a statement for Progress and leave office a few days early.
If you were a 'Rat with a resume to build, which option would you choose?
