Newt Gingrich tells how one of the Federal Courts rebelled against Pres. Jefferson, I believe it was. Rather than put up with that stuff, Jefferson vacated the court. Closed it down. The rebel court suddenly found itself unemployed. Newt wanted GWB to do that when the 9th Court went nuts several times, but George didn’t have the stones to do it. I hope some day Trump has occasion to do it; and DOES it.
I remember that and it showed just how weak bush was and where his heart was not.
