This is an issue that the liberals and subversives have intentionally muddied.

Since states, cities, universities, etc. do not have the authority to create their own immigration laws, the immigration laws derived from the authority found in the Constitution are the supreme law of the land.

LEO's take an Oath of Office to uphold the U.S. Constitution.

True, and according to the Constitution states don’t have to help enforce federal laws. Now if an LEO is an illegal alien then that’s breaking the law.
