Bashir al-Taweed and Hassan Matti, two Syrians who entered Canada as refugees last week.

It's a tweet about an alleged police radio call (with no actual audio or link). Seems a bit thin without another original source.
I think the tweet about two Syrians is bogus.

Translation: “A police source told Radio-Canada that the two suspects are students enrolled at Université Laval. One of them would be of Moroccan origin.”
