Looks like hes gone I dint realize any of that.
Here is some wiki stuff about O’neill.
.............
ONeill joined the New York City Transit Police in 1983, and began his career as a patrolman in Transit District 1. He was promoted to Sergeant in September 1987 and to Lieutenant in April 1991. In 1995, the transit police were merged into the NYPD. In 1997 he was promoted to Captain. Additional promotions were to Deputy Inspector in December 2001, to Inspector in August 2003, and to Deputy Chief in October 2005. On June 2, 2014, ONeill was promoted to Chief of Patrol. Several months later, in November 2014, he was promoted to Chief of Department. In September 2016 he became police commissioner.
“With more than 31 years of experience within the Department he has proven himself to be a respected leader. A true public servant, Chief James P. O’Neill will further the mission of the NYPD and its leadership team,” said former Police Commissioner William Bratton.[3]
Promotion to Chief of Department[edit]
On October 28, 2014, O’Neill became the Chief of Department for the NYPDs 35,000 uniformed officers, the highest-ranking uniformed position.[4]
Police Commissioner[edit]
On August 2, 2016, O’Neill was appointed Police Commissioner of New York City by Mayor Bill de Blasio, effective September 2016.[5] O’Neill was succeeded as Chief of Department by Carlos M. Gomez.
When you live it up, you gotta live it down.
I learned my lesson about not posting when one is high on Diet Coke.
+1
I think Lane fell and hit his head.
The opposition party has the opportunity to pass legislation, if they are in power.
Journalists have no such opportunity.
Journalists ought not conflate their role with a Congressman’s role
Braxton is a hack’s hack, owned lock stock and barrel by the Dimwits.
Personally, I believe Trump priorities are sound.
Trump needs to vaporize ISIS and the Whabbies BEFORE he takes on the cabal in the US.
Trump needs to neutralize all of the options Soros has, and defang these Globalists.
Excellent work
....... as usual
It's not just for breakfast anymore.
I’m sticking to coffee from now on.
Interesting that McQueeg and linda are such friends. Maybe because both of their home states, AZ and SC, have open primaries?
Here in SC, I am convinced the only reason linda gets reelected is the RATS crossing over and voting for her in the primary.
Thank you! As usual you are a fountain of information.
From your info on O’Neill: 1) Appointed by De Blasio and 2) Got a glowing endorsement from Bratton (...”will further the mission of the NYPD and its leadership team,).
#2 sounds a lot like a ‘don’t worry, we’ve still got it all under control’ kinda message for those who need to know.
The Democrat Party seems to have no real reason for being a party. They are only interested in self-preservation to keep a few representatives gainfully employed, riding the gravy train. The media is the opposition media. They must be selling ads or they would be out of business. Most of these talking heads have been wrong time and time again.
How can anyone believe what is being said, especially when they are rehearsed contrarians full of negativity and arrogance? This is one of the few places where people actually tell the truth.
I am sorry, but those arms were injured by his airplane crash and NOT by any torture. though hed like for us to believe that.
But you are right, he could have been released but did not cause how you going to run for president in some future with the world knowing you left your comrades behind? BUT....butbutbutbut....
...McCain spent most of his time in captivity in a Hanoi apartment.
And no you may not suggest we lay off his past. Hes out there now and beating up on Trump.....no.... Its time for McCain to go. If he was laying low and keeping quiet Id shut my mouth.
But no, I do NOT think we should forget his lying past no more than we forgot Kerry and his deception.
Check out those arms....you were wrong on the first sentence.
Hope McCain runs again so you can vote for him.
...you are my hero with that post.
I am sick of McCain the traitor.
There is more here and a quick read suggests that the top brass at NYPD will not stand in the way of prosecution which will be left up to Preet Bharara.
............
Meanwhile, FBI sources said Abedin and Weiner were cooperating with federal agents, who have taken over the non-sexting portions the case from NYPD. The husband-and-wife Clinton insiders are both shopping for separate immunity deals, sources said.
If they dont cooperate they are going to see long sentences, a federal law enforcement source said.
NYPD sources said Weiner or Abedin stored all the emails in a massive Microsoft Outlook program on the laptop. The emails implicate other current and former members of Congress and one high-ranking Democratic Senator as having possibly engaged in criminal activity too, sources said.
Prosecutors in the office of US Attorney Preet Bharara have issued a subpoena for Weiners cell phones and travel records, law enforcement sources confirmed. NYPD said it planned to order the same phone and travel records on Clinton and Abedin, however, the FBI said it was in the process of requesting the identical records. Law enforcement sources are particularly interested in cell phone activity and travel to the Bahamas, U.S. Virgin Islands and other locations that sources would not divulge."
How many times in a day does Rove get it wrong? He thinks he smart, but the truth is he doesn’t get it right enough for people to believe when he sounds off.
Yes I just discovered that. See the bottom of the thread, sorry about that. It’s James O’Neil heading thing sup as NYPD commissioner. It now and looks like he won’t stand in the way of any prosecution. Looks like the NYPD and FBI are going to split up the prosecution from the looks of a recent link.
Can you give us more on that one? Sounds really big.
