I am sure they are addressing this as we speak. It may be a last ditch effort by Obama leftovers to show their colors. I read about 200 justice department employees signed a letter supporting this. It will be a real list for Sessions to start with.
Sessions nomination goes to committee vote tomorrow. It can still be delayed but the Senate leader better get on his high horse soon.
