Hubby and I both commented, “He’s getting better!” after seeing that press conference. He answered questions without being dragged into a back-and-forth argument with anyone, and didn’t engage when they wanted him to. Then he folded up his notebook, turned his back, and walked off. Perfect.
Also, I was happy to hear he’s going to Mar-A-Lago tomorrow. Maybe that means he’ll spend time with Melania and Barron.
Yeah, the back and forth engagement was not helping his cause........
He speaks much more clearly and succinctly than Josh Earnest (the few times I saw him anyway) and actually answers questions. He’s pretty quick on his feet, though Kellyanne is the very best at that.
