Do you buy Garlic? *That's* the one produce I buy, that makes me *crazy*. Most of the garlic in our USA stores comes from CHINA Even if you shop at Whole Foods. Most of WF is labeled on signs with *country of origin*; for garlic, there is no such signage.

Outside of a farmer's market or online, I don't know where to find it in a supermarket. And I've looked

I have fresh garlic every year from a very small area. Pull the plants when the stalk dry down to the bulbs. Keep the large bulbs for cooking and break up the smaller bulb and throw them back in the dirt. Planted one bulb 7 years ago and they just keep coming up.
