The problem is deep and apparently widespread. I keep running into my naive logic...how in the hell is it possible the lid hasn’t been blown off ? The answer appears to be that very, VERY powerful and connected people participate in it.

If framed and/or blackmailed, prison isn’t the only penalty. Perhaps that adds to why CP is a Brownstone Operation, if true.
