Many anticommunists were unable to understand communist antisemitism, which started with party section dedicated to destroying Judaism and Jewish culture, and that Stalin liquidated them for moving to slowly, as he set up his own final solution to the Jewish Question of a death march to Siberia under the pretext of the Doctors Plot has been all but erased from history, largely because Stalin's fake plot killed him.

What happened with Stalin, was that he was a non-Jew in the middle of a group which was largely of Jewish ethnicity. The original members of the Politburo were Lenin(partly Jewish ethnicity), Leon Trotsky(Jewish ethnicity), Joseph Stalin(Georgian), Lev Kamenev(Jewish ethnicity) and Nikolai Krestinsky(ethnicity disputed, but one source says Jewish origins).

In the process of consolidating power, Stalin probably decided to eliminate those who might feel more solidarity with fellow Jews than to him.

First of all, the Doctors Plot was in 1953, almost 30 years after Stalin took power.

A Jew who converted to Russian Orthodoxy ceased to be a Jew under Russian Law, becoming an ethnic Russian. Lev Borisovich Rozenfeld (Kamenev) was born ethnically Russian as his father had converted and married a Russian ethnic Russian Orthodox woman. Lenin's maternal grandfather Aleksandr Blank converted to Russian Orthodoxy and married a Russian Orthodox woman of German and Swedish ancestry. His "Jewishness" was non-existant. Trotsky was indeed born Jewish and became a communist. He was also Kamanev's brother-in-law.
The 8th Politburo also had Nikolai Bukharin, and Elena Stasova were ethnic Russians.
